Personal training sessions take into account your individuality and offer a personalized approach that considers your needs, background, diet and lifestyle.
All programs begin with a lifestyle and fitness assessment. At the end of each cycle, a reassessment is made to assess the results, both quantitative (weight, strength) and qualitative (well-being, pain).
Our training philosophy is based on the idea that moving well is the basis of a healthy body. We place great importance in teaching our customers how to move optimally and avoiding the risk of injury and imbalances. Only after this introduction can we train in a way that achieves your goals, i.e. gain or lose weight, gain muscle, optimize functional movements, improve creative movements.
