Explore your body's myofascial lines using stretches, conscious movements, and myofascial release techniques to help unwind and reconnect to your body. Inspired by Tom Myers' work and structural integration, we will be focusing on one fascial line each session. You will be guided to feel and experiment your body a different way. You will observe change unfold instead of forcing it, you will become soft and strong at the same time and move as one.
